The aim of this article is to demonstrate all of the different features of the consignment screen in Snoofa and how best to use it.

Items can be added in bulk using the item replicator in the Actions column. |

Multiple items can be selected at once and bulk actions performed |

Remove from CA will remove the selected items from that consignment but not delete them entirely, they will exist as items unassigned to a CA. They can be searched for in the Items section using the Without Owner (CA) filter: |
Delete Item will delete the selected items entirely and they will no longer exist in Snoofa. |
Add to Sale will provide a list of upcoming auctions to assign the select lots into. |
Manage Item Charges will show a pop-up and allow you to add or remove any desired fees to all selected item: |
Multiple functions can be performed on the Consignment |

Edit Consignment will allow you to edit the parameters of the consignment e.g. Consignment number, Default Commission rate. |
Edit Owner will allow you to make quick changes via a pop-up to the client account of the associated vendor |
Change Owner will allow you to transfer the consignment from one vendor to another. |
Signatures can be added by both the vendor and a staff member. These can be added using a computer mouse or via a touch screen. |
Print will produce a consignment document populated will all the up-to-date information. |
Send will send an email to the vendor attaching a copy of the consignment document. The message template can be customised in the Messages area of the System Settings. |
Consignments marked as sensitive will not display any hammer prices on the Web Catalogue |
