Time and Date Stamp on Admin Note

We have added a Time and Date Stamp to Admin Notes, as we believe this will be very useful to Admins.
Client Zone Feature Flags
Snoofa Back Office
Some tenants do not require all of the functionality that is available in the Client Zone. And showing that functionality is confusing to Clients who might think they are able to make use of it. For example, it is misleading to show options for online valuations and valuation appointments when the auction house do not offer this service. So we have made it that they can be made to not show in the Client Zone and Settings. Note: This is controlled by our devs and not Admins.
And More
We have added various other functionality and fixed various issues. Including issues with auction lot countdowns when an auction spans Daylight Saving and Spring Forward. And an "unexpected error" appearing in search has been cured.

In the recent Snoofa v23.8 update we made it that Admins can approve Clients when their ID expires.
