Admins can Approve ID when Clients ID has expired

Admins now have the ability to approve a Client when a Client has been marked as having expired ID, due to the expiry date on their ID. Admins can view the Clients documents and choose to accept them and even correct the expiry date of the documents if the system incorrectly read them.

We have made it clearer when there are Clients with expired ID. Sending a notification email, showing it within the Clients account, showing it within Snoofa in the Compliance area, on the Clients datagrid and keeping both Clients and Admins up to date as their status changes.

We have made some changes to the Main Menu, Valuations with Valuation Events and Online Valuations have become Valuations with a sub menu consisting of Days and Online Valuations.

As well as the above, many hidden changes have been made to improve the system and fix any issues that have come up, including tweaking Item Charges.
