Vendor and Auction Results PDF

Our Vendor and Auction Results reports when originally created were not considered for Client facing use, but over time we have been told that they are useful for showing to Clients. So we have improved the look, so they are more presentable for this use. 

DAR Editing Stopped

We have made changes so that Live Sale Lots can no longer be sold after the Close button is clicked, within the Auction Dashboard. We felt it made no sense for this to be allowed. Once the Close button is used, a message will be displayed to the clerk on the Clerk Screen, informing them, the auction has been closed.

Bulk Moving of Lots Change

The logic behind the moving of lots was changed on release of snoofa v23.6, but we found that this new logic was not ideal for all scenarios. So changes have been made in this new release to bring back what was working well within the previous logic. 

Live Sale Clerk Opening Changes

Up until now, if the Clerk Screen for a live sale was opened, bidders would see a “Waiting for auctioneer to offer a Lot” message. From now on, they will only see this message after the Start Auction button is used, this button is within the Clerk Screen. This now means that the Clerk Screen can be opened earlier without it causing any confusion to bidders. 

Showing Loss/Damage on Presale Reports

We have added the option of showing the Loss/Damage column on Presale Report PDFs. Just go to System > General to turn it on or off.

Client Address Search

We found that Client Address search was ignoring the third line of a Clients address when searching for them. So of course we have now "fixed" this issue.

As well as the above, this release contains bug fixes and other adjustments to improve the snoofa experience.
