There are some scenarios where items tags that have been created are no longer needed.

We can’t delete these tags as they may have already been applied to some items, but now it is possible to archive the tag. When archived, a tag will still appear on the items it was originally added to, but will not clutter the list of available tags that can be added to items.

Often PDFs (e.g. consignments) need to be posted to clients. Some of you like to post these in window envelopes. We’ve had feedback that getting the address to align perfectly with the address window can be tricky and take up unnecessary time.

We’ve made a change to solve this. If enabled in the paperwork section of the appearance area of the system settings, all documents will now produce an initial page which only has the address on it. This can be folded simply and included in the envelope.

We’ve made it easier to identify which lots have been collected.

On the Catalogue and Manager grids, there is a new filter to filter the screen by lots which have, or have not been collected.

On the CSV export from these screens, there is a new column to show whether items are collected or not.

Sometimes, during the phone verification stage of the basic certification, the SMS with a code cannot be sent to the client’s phone number. This is usually because the number is not valid.

We’ve now made it clearer to the clients when they have submitted a phone number that is not valid, by showing this error message.
