Good news! Today we released Snoofa v2.29. Now you can add references to consignments for solicitors.
New Features ⭐️
Paperwork for Solicitors |
---|
ADMIN There is an important change about adding solicitor references to vendor paperwork. Each consignment can have a Solicitor’s Client Reference and an FAO attached to it, which will appear on the Presale and Settlement documents when filled in. Read more here. In order to facilitate this, each consignment will now have a separate presale and settlement document per auction, instead of each client having a presale and settlement involving multiple consignments. There are some important things to know about any past paperwork generated before this change was made. Please read here for the full details |

Separation of Reserve and Starting Bid |
---|
ADMIN WEB It has become clear that displaying the reserve entered for a lot as Starting Bid on the online catalogue wasn’t desirable. To this end, there are now two separate fields for Reserve and Starting Bid. Admins can specify an optional starting bid value, which is separate to the reserve, to display on the online catalogue. |
|
Bidding under the Reserve |
---|
ADMIN WEB As an extension to separating the reserve and the starting bid values, it is now possible to collect bids beneath the reserve. This level is specified by the starting bid amount. The lot will cannot be sold until the reserve figure is reached but this allows more capturing of bidding activity. |
|
CSV Export for Reports |
---|
ADMIN All reports in Snoofa are now exportable as a CSV file. |
Small Tweaks
It was not possible for admins to remove absentee bids whilst an auction was in the Planned state. This is now possible for users who have the admin or owner role.
