Snoofa v2.27 Released

There is now a new Subtitle field available for cataloguing. This field will have up to a maximum of 512 characters and will support line breaks (pressing enter).

Text entered into this field will show up on all relevant paperwork e.g. Invoices, Collection receipts, Auctioneer’s book. It will also show on Catalogue pages on the website.

ADMIN CLIENT ZONE

There is now a new Salutation field available for client creation. This is to allow specification of how a client should be addressed.

The field will automatically populate based on what is entered in the preceding fields:

• When Title is filled in → [title]+[last name] e.g. Mr Snow

• When no title is filled in → [first name]+[last name] e.g. John Snow

These can be overridden to display whatever salutation is desired.

Clients also specify their preferred salutation in the Client Zone.

Until now, it wasn’t possible to completely delete a settlement once it had been generated and if all lots on the settlement had been changed from sold to unsold.

This has now changed so when all lots (or lot) have been marked as unsold, the settlement will delete itself.

It is now possible to import registrations into Snoofa of buyers registered on the bidding platform Easyliveauction.

Small improvements to the lot labels:

• It is now possible not to show the volume indicators for lot labels e.g. Lot 3 (1/3), Lot 3 (2/3). They will only show when the Show volume indicators tick box is selected

• The auction date will show on both the small and large lot labels

• The consignment and line number will show when Show consignment number is selected

Small improvements to Invoice and Settlement PDFs:

• Invoice total due amount added to top of unpaid invoice

• Auction date added

• Page totals will display when the invoice stretches over multiple pages
