Sending Settlement Statements

Sending Settlement Statements from Snoofa is quick and easy. They can be sent individually or in bulk to save time. Here’s how.



Finding the Settlements

Click on the Cashiers tab on the main menu

Select the desired auction

Click Settlements on the submenu

Pro tip: There is a quick link to the settlements on the Cashiers auction list to save time

Generating the Settlements

Before a settlement is sent to a vendor, it needs to be generated. This allows for checking and editing.

To generate an individual settlement, click Generate in the Action column.

To generate multiple settlements at once, select the desired settlements using the tick boxes, click Generate Settlements from the dropdown and click Execute. Clicking the top left tick box will select all settlements on that page.

Sending the Settlements

Now that we’ve generated the settlements, we are able to view them by clicking on the settlement number or view the PDF by clicking on the PDF icon. Any relevant changes can now be made.

When ready to send the settlements, this can be done using the same method as generating the settlements. Click Send in the Action column to send an individual settlements. Select settlements using the tick boxes and click Send Settlements and Execute from the dropdown to send in bulk.

So there you have it, the settlements have been sent! To keep track of which settlements you have sent, use the Sent column and monitor the green ticks.
