Document Status in Client Detail

Snoofa Back Office

Sometimes is it useful to be able to see at a glance, the status of a financial document. This can be particularly useful when looking at an individual client's auction history.

That's why we have added a status icon to Invoices, Settlements and IC Settlements under the Auctions tab in the client detail. Now it is very quick to see if a client has outstanding payments.

Improved Auction Dropdowns

Before now, it was too easy to select the wrong sale from an auctions list. Sometimes auctions can be very similarly named.

So we've added status icons to all auction dropdowns, so it is much easier to find which auction you are looking for, and not select past auctions by mistake!

Current Valuation Days

In the Valuation Days area of the Web Module, the future valuation days were showing in the list. However, it was not possible to access the page for a valuation event that was taking place on the current day.

We've now included any current/in progress valuation days in a new section above the next three valuation days.

Withdrawn Lots Navigation

We've made an improvement to the auction catalogues when lots are withdrawn. This should make the experience more straightforward for clients. Now it will not be possible to click 'View' to access the lot detail of a withdrawn lot.

What's more, when navigating across withdrawn lots using the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons, the user will no longer be taken to the withdrawn lot detail.

Bug Fixes

There was a mishap where administrators couldn't place bids on behalf of clients after the 'Client Input Deadline' had passed. Now this is possible again.
Registrations couldn't be edited in the administration for some reason. Now they can.
Small fix to registration types in sealed bid auctions.
The 'collected' filter was not being very kind to the other filters in the catalogue area of the administration. Now it has been put back in its place and they all work together happily again.
Niche scenario where invoice and payment widget amounts were not matching. Now they do.
Fix to WYSIWYG editor.
When attempting to delete an invoice, instead of giving the user a reason why this cannot be done, there was an error message. This is resolved.
Fix to adding payments error.
When clicking the invoice questionnaire link in the email notification, clients who were not already logged in were being directed to the home page after logging in. Now they will go straight to the questionnaire.
