As you might know there are checks in Snoofa which tell you whether a Lot is ready for an auction. You can also see the photos associated with a Lot in the File Manager. However, sometimes its just better to see the Lot exactly how the bidder will see it once the auction gets launched.
During the preparation of an auction the auction the end-users (bidders) can only see the auction details page and cannot browse the catalogue or see the Lot detail pages.
When you, as administrator, want to see the Catalogue Page or a specific Lot Detail Page in the Web Module prior to the auction being published this is how you can do it:
Click
Auctions
in the main menu and select the auction you want to preview.-
Click
Preview Catalogue
in the submenu. You will be redirected to the Web Module of Snoofa specifically to the Catalogue Page. You will be logged in as Snoofa’s special client (by default named Client Preview). This is the only account which can see the catalogue and lot detail pages prior to the auction being launched.
You can now browse the auction and see it the same way the clients will during the auction
