It’s really useful to know how to take screenshots on different devices. This is useful to provide context when submitting a ticket via Snoofa’s support channel. Particularly when you think there might be a problem with the software, the more information Snoofa’s development have, the quicker they are able to get to the root of the problem. Screenshots and videos are an excellent way of doing this.

GIFs and Videos
Gif are very handy short video-like clips that allow you to record your screen, or section of screen, for up to one minute. They are very easy to do and to not take up nearly as much memory as videos. That said, we’re very happy receiving videos from you as well. At Snoofa, we send each other videos and GIFs all the time. We use a brilliant app to do this called Cloudapp. The good news is there is even a free version.
So there you have it, see if you can send a GIF, video or screenshot next time you send us a ticket!
