Here is a an overview of the invoice and how to make edits.

(1) Unique invoice number. No two invoices can have the same number in your Snoofa.
(2) Name of buyer for the invoice.
(3) Status of buyer of the invoice, in this case they are an approved bidder.
(4) Status of invoice. This invoice has been paid.
(5) A link to the Client Detail
(6) Clicking to open up the invoice PDF
(7) Click to update the invoice PDF after making any changes
(8) Click to send invoice PDF and invoice email template to the buyer
(9) Click to send the invoice questionnaire for the buyer to complete in the Client Zone
(10) Use these arrows to navigate between the different invoices within an auction
(11) This will select all lots on the invoice. Doing this allows you to perform actions such as move the lots to another invoice, remove the lots from the invoice, add or remove charges, set as collected and change the VAT scheme.
(12) This tick box will select an individual lot to perform the actions on as described in point 11.
(13) The VAT scheme of the lot. Typically Margin Scheme or Standard Scheme.
(14) The Base Price of each charge on the lot.
(15) The VAT percentage of the charge. This can be hidden within base price depending on VAT scheme
(16) The total amount per charge, including VAT.
(17) Actions that can be performed for each lot: Viewing the lot detail, viewing the item detail, add or remove charges, remove the lots from the invoice, move the lot to another invoice, set collected or cancel collection.

(18) The lot number and Title.
(19) The list of charges for each lot
(20) The Sub Total for each lot.
(21) The Invoice Parameters box. This will populate with details the client completes in the buyer’s questionnaire but the details can be changed by administrators.
(21a) Change whether VAT applies to the invoice or not.
(21b) Change the default payment method of the invoice. A different payment method can be chosen when logging the payment but this will determine options that the buyer is presented with in the client zone.
(21c) Change whether CITES charges apply to the invoice or not.
(21d) Change whether Loss and Damage Liability applies to the invoice or not.
(21e) Update the shipping parameters of the invoice
(21f) This will show a green tick when the buyer’s questionnaire has been answered by the client. Click re-open to send it to them again.
(21g) View or change the pickup arrangements selected by the client.
(22) The widget for logging payment.
(23) Click this button to log a payment.
(24) Credit functionality to allow you to assign credit to a client’s account.
(25) A widget showing basic details of the buyer with a link to their client detail.
(26) The shipping element of an invoice.
(27) Any other charges on an invoice.
(28) The totals of the invoice.
