Why don't my labels print in alignment?

Modified on Wed, 13 Mar at 2:22 PM

In Snoofa, it is possible to print on two different sizes of labels. See more about how to do that on this page: Generating Auction Labels.

The labels sizes that can be printed are:

Small: LL65 ‘Mini’ labels 38.1mm x 21.2mm
This prints 65 labels in 13x5 on an A4 sheet.

Large: LL14 \ L7163 labels 99.1mm x 38.1mm
This prints 14 labels in 7x2 on an A4 sheet.

Sometimes, the text won’t print on the labels correctly and will overlap the edges. The reason for this is most likely the printer settings, but the good news is it’s an easy fix. The labels need to be printed on 100% zoom, or Fit to page/printable area.

Others find selecting Actual Size works better. A quick adjustment of these settings should do the job and ensure the text aligns.
