A-Lot - Just One More Admin

There might be a time when you have launched your Auction & then you need to add another Lot. This is where an A-Lot comes in. To add an A-Lot create yourself a new Item to make a Lot from.

Within the Item edit area, of your newly created Item you will see the Add to Auction box. Tick the Add as A-Lot box. Choose from the drop down list, which Auction you wish to make it part of, then enter the number of the Lot you wish to make it an A of.

If you have not already added your newly created Item to a Consignment or created a Consignment especially for it, you will see a notification telling you that your Item needs to be added to a Consignment.

NOTE: A-Lots can also be B-Lots, C, D & so on.

NOTE: If you have a withdrawn Lot in your Auction, you could change that Lot, its description, images, estimates, etc. Then use it rather than an A-Lot, returning it to the Auction.
