Files - Client Store Admin

Snoofa now enables Admins to upload certain file types to individual Client Accounts. This enables Admins to store in one convenient place files that relate to that Client.

NOTE: This feature should not be used for storing (uploading) Client IDs, please do not store passports, driving licenses, proof of address, etc.

As you can see from the above image, you just Drag & Drop or Browse for the file you wish to upload, then click Upload. Current file limitations are a maximum file size of 25 MB, & the PDF, PNG, JPG & GIF file formats.

For convenience, files are listed within a searchable Datagrid using a simple filter. From this grid you can download, delete & give other commands, dependent on the file. Hovering over the 3 circles, beside each file, within the Action column.

As well as being able to upload new documents, this new feature is a single area where Admins can see all documents associated with a Client, such as System Generated documents like Invoice, Settlement & Consignment PDFs.
