From Company Name, Logo & links, to Message & Document Headers. Appearance Settings will help you brand & style your Snoofa related Client facing site & documents.

How-To Set Appearance

Here is what you need to know, for setting your systems look & feel.


Branding Form Fields

Form FieldExplanation
Company NameAs the name would suggest, this should be your Company Name. 
BacklinkUsually the URL (website address) you have as your Homepage.
LogoYour Company Logo image, which displays on various documentation & your Snoofa webpages
FaviconYour Favicon Company image, which can display on bookmarks, tabs, shortcuts, etc. 


Next within Branding we have the ability to customise some Document & Webpage areas, e.g., Document Headers & Webpage Footers. Some sections have Available Variables which you can add, e.g., Name, which changes according to the Clients name. The Variables take the following form, {name} in the case of Clients name & {homepageUrl} in the case of the URL you want to link to your Homepage.


Client Messages

Client Message HeaderThe Header of Client Messages that are being sent out. With Available Variables   {websiteUrl}   {logoUrl}
Client Message FooterAlso part of the Client Messages being sent out, but the Footer. With Available Variables   {name}   {position}   {email}


Paperwork

Title & Text ColourAs the names suggest, allows you to change the text colour of related paperwork. 
Show Hammer Price On CollectionsThe option to show or not, the Hammer Price of Sold Lots, that are not marked as sensitive. On the Collections document.
Show Hammer Price on Settlements & InvoicesThis option is to show or not. the Hammer Price on Settlements & Invoices.
Print Additional Address page
Option to enable an additional page showing a Client's address, ideal if sending documents by traditional postage mail.
Document HeaderAllows you to have a header on documents that would usually mean contains your Company Logo. The available variables, are   {logo}   {companyRegisteredAddress}    {companyContactPhone}   {companyContactEmail}   {pageNumber}   {pageTotal}   {documentName}   which if used will populate the header with the related data. The data that populates many of these variables can be found in SETTINGS > System Settings > General 
Document Simple FooterYour option for Document Simple Footer contents which show on Viewing Sheets, Saleroom Notice List & Collection Receipts. With available variables   {logo}   {companyRegisteredAddress}   {companyContactPhone}   {companyContactEmail}   {pageNumber}   {pageTotal}
Document Detailed FooterYour option for Document Detailed Footer contents which show on Invoices and consignment agreements. With available variables   {logo}   {companyRegisteredAddress}   {companyContactPhone}   {companyContactEmail}   {pageNumber}   {pageTotal}
Consignment Last BlockAllows you to have content of your choice on the Last Block of Consignment paperwork.
Invoice Last BlockAllows you to have content of your choice on the Last Block of Invoice paperwork.
Settlement Last BlockAllows you to have content of your choice on the Last Block of Settlement paperwork.
IC Settlement Last BlockIntroductory Commission or Introducer Commission (IC), this box allows adding & editing within the Last Block of Settlement documents.
Consignment Terms & ConditionsTerms & Conditions of your choosing, specially for going on Consignment paperwork.
IC Disclaimer On ConsignmentIntroductory Commission or Introducer Commission (IC), this gives the ability to add or edit a Disclaimer on Consignments related to IC.
