Add a status to a valuation appointment

After a valuation appointment, you’ll probably want to add a status to the booking. This is an effective way of categorising the results of these appointments. This page shows you how to add them - it’s very simple.

Click here to see how to create a new status in the settings.

Find the correct valuation event by clicking on Valuation Events on the main menu…

…and click on the event in question.

Find the desired appointment and select a status using the dropdown in the Status column.
