It is possible to suspend a client from having access to an account.
They could be a buyer or a vendor (or both). Suspending them will mean they are no longer able to access their client zone. As a result, they will not be able submit or book valuations, receive or pay invoices online, or register and bid in auctions.
Click on a client from anywhere in the Snoofa admin module. You can also use the search function to find a client. |

Click on the Actions dropdown in the client detail section and click Suspend. |

The client’s Active tag will change to Suspended. |

You can activate a client again at any time by clicking the Reactivate button from the Actions dropdown. |
